Rachels Yoga
If you are looking for a new yoga class or even wanting to try yoga for the first time, Rachels Yoga classes are open to all and beginners are welcome.
Offering a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, including meditation and breath connection practices. The classes will be calming and grounding, whilst building strength and flexibility.
Mats are available to borrow with advance warning.
Class prices £8 drop-in or £35 for 5 class pass, so no need to worry if you miss a session.
