Personal Assistant and Administrator Vacancy

Chequer Mead Theatre is currently recruiting for the role of Personal Assistant and Administrator.

Chequer Mead Theatre in East Grinstead hosts over 250 events per year both in the main auditorium and throughout the venue. The theatre offers a mixed programme of professional and community events and hosts many other events throughout the venue. In addition the theatre shows selected films and performances streamed live and hosts special cinema events.

We are currently looking to recruit a full time Personal Assistant and Administrator (40hrs) to assist the General Manager with their day to day tasks and manage their commitments and tasks as well as take responsibility for a number of their own administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Chequer Mead is has an enthusiastic small staff team who are all involved in the success of our venue and performances throughout the year, by joining us you have the chance to become part of a special asset to East Grinstead which is at the heart of the town’s arts culture.

Type: Full time (40hrs), Permanent.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 based upon experience and 40hrs a week. See job specification for further information.
