The East Grinstead Comedy Gala's are renowned for their envious line-up of top-named comics and this September is no exception!
Join JONATHAN PIE as he will be trying out his work in progress show ahead of his UK tour. Known for venting his spleen in unguarded “off camera” rants, the frustrated News reporter character is the brainchild of Tom Walker, who brought the character to life 4 years ago when he became an internet sensation when he famously ‘lost’ it outside the Houses of Parliament. This is political satire at its finest.
He will be joined by guests including award-winning Bristolian JAYDE ADAMS, an uncut gem who is renowned for being a force of nature with Dawn French calling her “the 3rd funniest woman in the world. Fact”. Dangerous and unafraid, Jayde’s TV credits include Roast Battle, Live at the Comedy Store, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Russell Brand’s Stand Off for Comic Relief.
RICH WILSON, with his commanding presence and impeccable timing with be on hand to guide us through an evening of pure hilarity, and is often regarded as one of the best MCs around!
