Helping to improve posture, co-ordination, balance and flexibility, whilst reducing stress.
A brand new beginners class starts at 7pm, followed by an established class at 8pm catering for all levels of fitness and ability from beginners to advanced. Our aim is to provide a fun, learning, social environment.
