"Whole Lotta Led" is going to rock Chequer Mead......

Tuesday 23rd April 2013 @ 7:28pm by Alex
Categories: Shows, Productions and Events

On 28th March 1973 Led Zeppelin released their long awaited fifth album - Houses of the Holy.

On 26th April 2013, Whole Lotta Led will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the "Houses of Holy" album release, right here at Chequer Mead, whilst performing the album in its entirety as the second half of this show. The first half and encore will contain further classic Zeppelin songs.

Whole Lotta Led are one of the biggest tribute acts in the UK, being full-time professional musicians dedicated to recreating the amazing songs which Led Zeppelin produced throughout their illustrious career. During 2012 Whole Lotta Led made significant changes in line up whilst continuing the band’s ethos of remaining true to Zeppelin’s great music.

Whole Lotta Led have always avoided the use of wigs and costumes, instead they concentrate on the music and recreate the sounds of Led Zeppelin’s original studio albums to an astonishing level of accuracy. Come and see this amazing band on Friday 26th April at 7:30pm, call the box office for more info and tickets!
